Three hoorays for VIIC!

Hooray #1: A very BIG THANK YOU to our VIIC Luminary Volunteers from Friday June 8th Relay for Life Luminary event in Nanaimo. Those volunteers are Kristine V, Melissa D from Parksville , Jen & daughter Abby from Nanaimo, Karen L, Carolyn B, Joanne & daughter Nicole, & Brian from Ladysmith.

Hooray #2: Another THANK YOU to offices which created a situation where one or two of your associates could leave during the work day which meant you had to fill the gap!! A final THANK YOU to our volunteers who stayed around into the evening to assist.

Hooray #3: The VIIC Luminary Team raised $1,625.00 in the afternoon and evening of the event….and on the track distributed 325 luminaries sold that afternoon/evening as well as approximately 50 previously purchased luminaries.
